The cost of a particular service is dictated by the overall size, condition, complexity or difficulty of the service and the resources needed to complete the job. This is why we prefer to have eyes on the job before providing a quote. However, there are plenty of times when we can quote online or over the phone. For example: if its a HOA gated community we normally service, then we usually offer everyone the same price since there is rarely a difference between the homes.

 In most situations...no. We recommend that any valued items be removed from the patio placed in an area where that item or items cannot be affected– especially fabrics and electronic’s. Onix Pressure Washing will happily help assist in moving and keeping these valued items safe and free of chemicals or water damaged during the cleaning process. However,  there are some cases where the amount of work involved in moving a particular item or items safely is too extensive. At that point Onix Pressure Washing will cover the item(s) with tarps to minimize overspray.  Some area’s might not be cleaned because of this type of situation. 

Your plants and flower will not be affected by our procedure. We are careful to pre-spray plants and grass with water so any chemical overspray will not soak in. We are

constantly pressure washing around very impressive gardens and different types of delicate flowers. We take pride in our work and want you to contact us year in and year out for your pressure washing needs!

Yes, we need to to have access to water to be able to perform the work.

We have 65 gallon water tank on board but its a "buffer tank" not a storage tank. This is incase the outdoor water source does not have sufficient flow. 

Soft washing is a cleaning method using low pressure and specialized solutions to safely remove mildew, bacteria, algae and other organic stains from roofs and other building exteriors. We typically only offer roof soft washing since you cannot use pressure on shingles. 

Yes. Heavy rain and lightning can affect the service date but it is Florida so sometimes we just have to wait a couple hours.

Yes, Onix Pressure Washing, LLC carries a one million dollar liability insurance and can provide info upon request
